How far in advance should I book?+
For local moves, 1–2 weeks is ideal, but we handle last-minute and next-day moves whenever crews are available. Long-distance moves are best booked 3–4 weeks out, especially around month-end when demand peaks.
How is my quote calculated?+
Local moves are based on crew size and hours; long-distance on weight and distance. Packing and supplies, storage, and specialty items are added based on what you need. We walk you through the estimate up front so you know what to expect.
Are my belongings protected?+
Every move includes standard basic valuation coverage, and additional protection options are available. On top of that, furniture is padded and wrapped and your floors are covered before we start. We’ll go over the coverage details with you when we quote your move.
Do you provide packing materials?+
Yes — we can supply premium boxes and materials and handle full or partial packing for you. Or pack yourself and we’ll do the heavy lifting on move day.
What areas do you serve?+

Do you move on weekends and holidays?+
Yes. We move daily, including weekends, and can often accommodate tight timelines. Weekend and month-end dates fill up fast, so it’s best to reserve early.
Do I need to be there on move day?+
It helps to have you or someone you trust on site to answer questions, point out fragile or do-not-move items, and confirm placement at the new address — but we’ll plan around what works for you.
How should I prepare for the movers?+
Finish any self-packing the night before, set aside valuables and essentials you’ll carry yourself, clear walkways, and reserve elevators or parking if your building requires it. We’ll cover the rest, including protecting floors and wrapping furniture.
